A Lawyer in Your Corner

In family litigation, the focus is specifically on the rights of both the fathers AND the mothers, the husbands AND the wives,  who feel like they are fighting a losing battle.

In criminal defense, we believe in the Constitution.

We believe in the truth of "innocent until proven guilty".  We believe in the jury system.

In disability rights, we believe that the money workers paid into our social security system is an insurance that should be a safety net and not a tangled bureaucracy.

In veteran's benefits, your sacrifices deserve full compensation.

our goal

We want to welcome you into this office with an open door and we want you to leave feeling like the enormity of the issues you face are going to be dealt with in a diligent and careful manner.  We want to create an environment of trust and also a fierceness that is required in advocacy.
